NEW RULE FOR REAR TERRACES
The Board of Directors at its August 30, 2005 meeting passed
a resolution that requires all non-synthetic wood portions of
rear terraces to be painted or stained the same color as the terrace.
This rule requires that wood posts and exposed headers be painted
or stained so that the entire 2nd floor terrace is the same color.
This rule was passed because rear terraces unlike the ones in
the front of our buildings are not required to have a decorative
column cover over the posts. Enforcement of this resolution will
start in the Spring of 2006. All shareholders with rear 2nd floor
terraces should make arrangements to have this done by May 31,
2006. Since the painting or staining will be the same color as
the terrace an alteration agreement will not be required.
