All maintenance work is subject to our standard labor and materials charge. Labor is charged at $30 per hour for each hour or any part thereof.

Please carefully review the information you have provided before sending. Your request wil be forwarded to the Maintenance Department and a dispatcher will contact you to confirm your appointment by the next business day. There is a $15 service fee for appointments in which you were unavailable AND did not cancel.
