This fee is for the removal of exposed asbestos in the basement cellar that has been done by Glen Oaks Village Owners, Inc. (This fee does not cover the cost to remove any additional asbestos or re-insulate any pipes that may require insulation due to your construction work).

BASEMENT CONVERSION ADDITIONAL COST ESTIMATES

If the basement ceiling is removed there may be additional asbestos removal costs. As of Sept 2008 these costs were estimated to be $3.00 per sq ft for ceiling removal, $16.00 per linear foot for asbestos removal and $6.00 per linear foot for pipe reinsulation. These costs are subject to change
